However, nearly all of these items are either hand made or imported, and we sometimes have delays. In an attempt to fill and ship an order completely, we may hold up an order for a week or two...

CUSTOM ORDERS - Allow 2 to 3 weeks manufacturing time.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If item is domestically made, it may delay an order 2 - 3 weeks.
If item is imported, it may delay an order 5 - 7 weeks
BACK ORDERS - All of the items which you have ordered should be typed on your invoice, which is then placed inside of your package. If we could not supply an item, it will be marked either:
N/A - Not Available, - (which means that we won't have that item available in any reasonable time) We cancel the item from your order, refund you if the item is pre-paid, and we will try to send a post card to you if the item becomes available again.
B/O - Back Ordered.
Back Ordered Items on Pre-Paid Orders - will be automatically
shipped ground U.P.S., (U.S. Mail for small light items) as soon as the item becomes available.
Back Ordered Items on Credit Card Orders - will be automatically shipped ground U.P.S., (U.S. Mail for small light items) at your expense, as soon as item is available.
RETURN POLICY - All returns must have; Invoice number, the Purchaser's Name, Address, & Phone Number, and Why the Item is being returned: for REFUND, REPAIR or EXCHANGE.
All merchandise returned for a refund is subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. It is our policy to allow three day inspection time (plus we allow time for ground shipping both ways) before return restocking fee affects your order.
THREE DAY INSPECTION TIME - Plus time for shipping to and from.
You do not have to air mail a return to avoid the restocking fee.
RETURN SHIPPING is at customer's expense.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS - will be repaired or replaced on a no charge basis.
WEAPONS & SCOPES are guaranteed by the original importer, and should be returned directly to them for warranty work.
WE DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL & REFUND YOUR ORDER after thirty days.
We will continue to knock ourselves out trying to
obtain a back ordered item, until you tell us to stop.
